"Great bulbs and awesome customer service"
Bought two packs of these bulbs for fireplace mantle. So much easier to handle and arrange than traditional bulbs. They are awesome! However, one strand was intermittently flickering off. They are a little pricey for home use so I picked up the phone and called customer service, explaining the problem. I had a new set sent immediately. I really appreciated that!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer support. Allison Madden was the representative that answered my call. She was AMAZING! I run a company that depends on good sales people. Not only having product education and a polite disposition, Allison shared personality and a concern for my needs. She was patient and offered suggestions that were not just whats "good for her" suggestions. It doesn't happen often but she really made me want to reach out to your company and let you know how lucky you are to have such an amazing employee. I hope you will pass on my compliment as it is often we have to share negativity with employees but she deserves to hear how positive she made my first experience with your company. I'll will shop with her again.

"Amazing customer service and product!"
We ordered lights and nets for Christmas and we are very happy with the quality! Great, sturdy wiring and beautiful colors. The customer service is beyond amazing! Had a slight issue with one of the lights and they went above and beyond to make it right with quick communication. Will only be buying lights from here now!

"Hard to find bulbs make trip in excellent packaging!"
Finding 35w high pressure sodium bulbs for my 30+ year old outdoor safety lights were akin to a "needle in the haystack" search but 1000Bulb.com came through.
What stood out was their packaging for the shipment. These two bulbs already encased in their thin cardboard wrappers, were packed in foam pellets like two new eggs surrounded by superb cushioning in a very roomy box. BRAVO !!!

"CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO HELPFUL!"
Customer Service knew their stock, found the perfect thing for me, and when I went into the site myself after hanging up, I found something even closer to perfection. VERY happy with 1000BULBS, their Customer Service, and their products. Would definitely buy from them again to get that item which is no longer carried by your run-o-the-mill brick and mortar store!
